10 jumping jacks
10 Lunges
10 Squats

Do them with no rest between each. when you get through all of them rest for 30 - 45 seconds. Repeat x2

I am running the Warriors Dash and I want to start working out Monday-Saturday in the mornings and occasionally in the afternoons. Saturday will my lifting and cardio load day. I will also be following one of Dr. Oz's diet plans!
